Application for Electronic Identity Card
Every citizen who has reached the age of 16, can apply for identity documents at each center application by submitting the following documents:

Application coupon (the payment coupon, which can be bought at any post offices)

A valid document with photo that verifies his/her identity. One such document could be:
Application for an electronic identity card can be done at each application center of local government units.
Electronic ID cards can be withdrawn at application office only by the applicant himself.
