The Department of Public Administration has the mission of developing and implementing the Reform in Public Administration.
In accordance with its mission the Department of Public Administration develops these main functions:
manages the civil service in all the institutions of the central administration,
leads and implements the functional and structural reform in the institutions of public administration,
creates and implements the reform in the salary field,
coordinates the reform for the implementation of the information technologies and in the e-government field.
