Public Administration Employees Training

Training Institute of Public Administration (TIPA) aims to enhance professional skills and to improve the knowledge base so that each civil servant can contribute optimally to the achievement of his or her institutional goals. The Institute bases its strategy and activity in Law No. 8549, for Civil Servant's Status, approved by the Albanian Parliament in 11.11.1999.
