Utilization conditions of e-Albania.al portal
Based on Council of Ministers Decision No.248, dated on 27.04.2007 "On the establishment of the National Agency for Information Society", as amended by Council of Ministers Decision No.837 dated on 29.07.2009, article 2/d, the National Agency for Information Society is responsible for the establishment of governmental portal.
Governmental Portal of the Republic of Albania, e-Albania.al, contains summary information and links to official web sites of other institutions.
The use of this portal may need to activate ActiveX control to your browser to allow screening of videos offered on the portal. Portal does not use applications such as Java Applet-et or cookies, which damage your personal data.
During navigation in the portal, server log files store data like IP addresses, date, time and pages visited by the user. The data stored on the server are used only for statistical purposes.
Your personal data and information provided under "Feedback" and "Send by e-mail” functions, are stored on server anonymously.
Information stored on the server that is confidential, is not opened for the third parties and is used according to the Law “On personal data protection”.
